1.2 Food Orders & Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via SMS/Email.
  • Orders are subject to item availability and restaurant operating hours.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR and may include or exclude taxes as applicable.
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

We ensure hygienic preparation and packaging of food. Customers are advised to review ingredients and inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver food only within the serviceable locations listed on our website.

2.2 Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 30–90 minutes, depending on order size and location. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, festive rush, or unforeseen factors.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature at the time of delivery.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled by the customer as food is prepared fresh.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

Orders may be canceled by us due to:

  • Item unavailability
  • Restaurant closure
  • Incorrect pricing or technical issues
  • Unserviceable delivery locations

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order canceled by the restaurant
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Food not delivered or wrong item delivered

3.4 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
